Pitre's Handcrafted is a Louisiana family business with roots going back to 1970. What started as a family tradition has grown into a trusted source for genuine, ethically sourced alligator goods — from wild-caught leather and preserved specimens to handcrafted jewelry and taxidermy.

We partner with Louisiana Bayou Bites, a licensed wholesale skin and meat company, and have harvested and processed gators ourselves. Every piece we sell is the real thing — genuine Louisiana alligator, handled with care and respect for the animal and the craft.

Our products have found homes in tours, museums, and boutiques across the country. We specialize in wholesale and keep our markups honest — because we'd rather build lasting relationships than make a quick sale.
